What are the expiration dates of the items you sell?

Point Products USA guarantees that all products are sold well within date codes. Acceptable freshness time-lines vary greatly depending on each product. For example, A flavor sauce may only have a maximum datespan of 3 months between production and best by, whereas tea may have 18 months or more! If you have a specific question about a product you intend to purchase, please contact us.

Please Note: The products we sell actually only have "Best By" labeling (See FAQ below to learn the difference between Best By and Expiration).

What is the difference between "Best By" and "Expiration"

Point Products USA only sells products with Best By labeling. According to the USDA, "A "Best if Used By/Before" date indicates when a product will be of best flavor or quality. It is not a purchase or safety date." - Source

How long does it take to ship an order once placed?

Orders received by 2:00pm EST usually ship within 3 business days after the order is received (often faster!). However, we ask for patience and understanding in the event of delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.
